Terms of Service
Easy VOB LLC
Effective Date: July 29, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Easy VOB platform or related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Easy VOB provides a HIPAA-compliant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for verifying health insurance benefits, including data retrieval, eligibility confirmation, and reimbursement estimate tools.
3. Eligibility & Access
To use the platform:
- You must be a licensed healthcare provider, facility representative, or agent authorized to access patient insurance data;
- You must not use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if misuse or breach of these terms is detected.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the platform in compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and all applicable laws;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Ensure any PHI entered into the platform is accurate and authorized.
5. HIPAA Compliance
Easy VOB is a Business Associate under HIPAA and agrees to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each Covered Entity using the platform. Our responsibilities and data handling are outlined in our BAA.
6. Fees & Payment
Access to the platform may be subject to a subscription fee or usage-based pricing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, and branding associated with the platform are the intellectual property of Easy VOB LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy VOB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy VOB LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
10. Termination
We may terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms, with or without notice. You may also terminate your use at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, California.
