We are committed to compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITECH”) and applicable state privacy laws.

We do not sell or share PHI or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- To subcontractors or agents under signed HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreements (BAAs);
